Audited Supplier FAS1503 The computerized sample ring frame machine is fully servo motor control .This device of control system drives three roller and ring rail completely independent, compared with the traditional spinning ring frame transmission, it is more smoothly, less noisy.
It is suitable for fiber of sheep wool,cotton,blending and etc.
The machine is part of the mini spinning system (including opener, carding machine, drawing frame, roving machine and ring spinning machine) which is widely used in universities and researching center or departments for spinning test. It is used to spin yarn from roving by ring spinning method.And in the same time, impart strength to the yarn by inserting the necessary amount of twist and then winding the twisting yarn on bobbin or tube.

F series--Fancy yarn spinning machine With special accessories to spin fancy yarns of change in color or structure, such as slub yarn, variable twist yarn, core-spun yarn winding yarn(an existing yarn wound onto the new-spun yarn) by modifying draft ratio or twist, besides the normal functions of ring spinning machine. C series -----Compact spinning machine series. We adopt compact spinning and Siro spun system.Sound structure design, excellent spare part manufacture and remarkable yarn effect. Features 1.Yarn hairiness decreased abviously. Above 3mm of tube yarn, hairiness can be reduced more than 60%. 2.Strength is increased by 10%-15%, compared with ring spinning. 3.CV% is better than ordinary yarn. 4.We can use a lower level of textile raw materials to produce the same quality of yarn as traditional ring spinning of spinning frame or use same raw materials to make out of higher quality yarn. |
Compact Spinning Instrument
We apply optimized machine spinning section and reasonable spinning angle, weak twistin ng area is small, so the twist delivery is good and spinning tension diversity is small, which can greatly reduce end breakage rate. Equip ped with four-roller negative-pressure compact spinning instrument, with same craft, 3mm hairiness reduces 70%,mightiness increase es 10%,CV improves about 0.2. enhance fiber materical capacity, decreases the twist rate about 10%, broken yarn rate reduces about 600%, and loss of fiber reduces about 0.01%,and flyings reduces greatly.
