This machine is a new generation of air texturing machine independently developed by our company.It is controlled by three rollers,and each roller is controlled independently by a separate motor.Suitable for air texturing of various types of special yarns,balloon yarns, slub yarns .The machine water tank uses the circulation type water, has saved the water resource.Each yarn is monitored by an independent infrared probe.The machine adopts the brushless Dc motor with energy saving, and stops automatically when the bobbion is full,The machine is simple to operate and use, thus saving manpower and energy.
Applied for FDY,POY,DTY yarn texturing, to meet air texturing (ATY) requirement.
