Product Description
The equipment is mainly used for mercerizing process of cotton and hemp yarn. The surface quality of the yarn is changed through the action of chemicals such as caustic soda, assisted by a singeing process to make the yarn appear silky in the previous process. In addition, a new jet dyeing process is used to promote the active fuel to adhere to the product during the dyeing process, achieving deep dye penetration without fading, making the silky product bright and silky.
