A. The PLC is used to control the entire machine's mechanical and electrical integrated structure. The PLC, rotary encoder, and servo motor closed-loop online detect the displacement of the yarn during the warping process, ensuring that the accuracy of the warp displacement reaches 0.01mm.
b. The winding of warp yarn adopts an AC variable frequency speed controller, which can detect the winding speed, corresponding winding speed, and yarn changing speed of warp yarn online.
C. The winding of warp yarn adopts a modular design, with a stable and reliable structure and low winding error rate.
The frequency converter controls the winding speed of the reverse shaft to ensure constant linear speed winding of the warp yarn during the reverse shaft. By using sensors, the winding tension value can be set to ensure even tension of the warp yarn.
