Fully servo control system

The electrical control system adopts the most advanced servo/frequency conversion control system, and the entire system is precisely controlled. The control transmission system has obtain ed national patents.

The three-stage stretching of the machine head into strips, the washboard machine, and the winding machine are all controlled by servo motors, and the feeding of D-lane drivers and various levels are all independently controlled by servo/frequency conversion.

The feeding, wire number, and various levels of stretching are all digitally adjusted and controlled, making the control simpler, more convenient, precise, efficient, time-saving, and labor-saving, solving the limitations of traditional mechanical tooth changing and tedious operations such as changing speed ratios.

 

High precision of the parts.

Full CNC machining workshop, large milling machining center and CNC grinding, to ensure the high precision of the parts.

The vertical shaft is made of high hardness 40 chromium alloy steel with high precision CNC machining, high speed, low noise, fixed motion eccentric disc, no gap, no noise.

The washboard lubrication parts are automatically filled regularly and quantitatively by the numerical control centralized oil supply system, and the material of the large split shaft is made of 42 chromium molybdenum hot forged alloy steel.

 

Mihana cast iron and ductile iron

The main material is Mihana cast iron and ductile iron, etc., and the use of full casting cage casting and other processes, after thermal aging, shock aging and natural aging multiple process treatment, to ensure the stability of the later long-term operation.

The first bridge adopts a bundled approach for crossing the bridge, while the second bridge adopts a swing tube flat bridge, greatly improving the layering and mixing effect. The chopper adopts high-speed mechanical chopper technology, with a chopper speed of up to 2800 revolutions per minute, providing strong support for high-speed operation.
