LSM433 Lab Two component composite melt spinning tester
 

LSM433 two-component composite melt spinning test machine takes high molecular polymer as raw material, feeds the high polymer raw material into the screw extruder continuously with screw feeder, and then is sent to the melt gear metering pump through melting extrusion by two groups of independent single screw extruders. The metering pump precisely controls the pressure and flow to ensure that the two groups of melts flow into the composite spinning assembly in a quantitative and stable manner. The melt streams are ejected from the porous composite spinneret, and then quickly condensed through the temperature regulating and cooling area to form the solidified tow fibers, which are wound up into neat wire rollers through wire laying.

This equipment is suitable for small batch composite spinning or complete process production of two-component materials
