This is a customized testing machine for experimental melt spinning machine with a temperature up to 350 ºC. Its working principle is to use a high-temperature heating ring to heat and melt the polymer, and use compressed protective gas to continuously, quantitatively and evenly extrude it from the pores of the spinneret to become a liquid trickle, forming nascent fibers under the condensation of air. This equipment is particularly suitable for preparing micron/nanometer polymer fibers, such as carbon composites, PTFE and PEEK, for exploring new generation composite materials.

Features

1. The heating chamber is made of SS316 stainless steel, with strong corrosion resistance and more uniform sample heating;

2. The heating chamber adopts real-time temperature monitoring, so the material temperature control is more accurate, the heating temperature can reach 350 ºC, and the temperature control accuracy is ± 0.5 ºC;

3. The drum adopts the detachable design, and the winding speed can reach 2800r/min;
 

4. The structure is expandable, which can increase the functions of melt pump and material mixing;

5. The upper end of the cavity is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet;

6. Thermoelectricity can be directly inserted into the chamber to monitor the material temperature in real time;

7. Vacuum melting chamber can be selected to melt the sample under vacuum or inert gas protection.
