Sample Draw Frame Machine
The sample draw frame machine is suitable for blending and pure spinning of 22~120mm fibers such as cotton, jute,wool, rabbit hair, camel hair,chemical fiber.It is part of the mini spinning system.(opener, drawing frame,roving, ring, winding machine.)It's widely used in spinning factories, dyeing factories, school laboratories,university, researching center, etc.
In the spinning process, after being used for carding, the carding sliver is combined and drawn by this machine to fully mix the fibers, improve the evenness of the long segments of the sliver, straighten and separate the fibers, and create necessary conditions for obtaining high-quality fine yarn. And a traction force detection device can be set up as needed.
