The machine is suitable to open,clean and loose curly and twisted wool, cotton ,chemical yarn fibers for the next step to carding.With bearing design, smooth operation, prolong service life,high capacity, easy to operate.
This carding machine is designed for sampling or university lab,but it is now well accepted by small mills for regular production.
Since now, we already tested different types of wool, such as Australia wool, Peru wool, European wool, alpaca wool, and also Merino wool. Other natural fiber, such as hemp ,jute,linen,pineapple ,fiber, cotton fiber are also proved applicable for the machine.
Chemical staple fiber are easy job for the machine too.
